About Rug Solutions

My name is Jim McDannel, owner of Rug Solutions. I am a second generation textile cleaner. I started in the textile cleaning industry in 1983. I've attended may seminars and workshops over the years. I am always continuing to improve and expand my knowledge in the cleaning field.

I understand the unique needs for cleaning different rug types, this is why Rug Solutions was created. Years ago, I noticed a less than adequate number of truly knowledgable rug cleaners in the area. I then began focusing more on area rugs and textiles and developed a passion for working with them.

I have come to realize that every rug has a story to it, no matter the value. Over the years,  we have learned that rugs are very special and unique in many ways. The stories are very touching and we take them into account with every rug we handle.
